As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. Your role involves promoting and selling our roofing products and services directly to homeowners in designated territories. We're looking for candidates with strong interpersonal skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a dedication to providing excellent customer service.


Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Engage potential customers through door-to-door outreach.
  • Strategically canvass areas to generate leads and cultivate a pipeline of clients.

Product Knowledge and Presentation:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our roofing offerings.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.

Sales Negotiation and Closing:

  • Establish rapport with homeowners to address their roofing needs.
  • Customize sales pitches to meet customer requirements and handle objections.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to secure contracts.
  • Direct payment collections.

Relationship Building:

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure satisfaction.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, adjusters, and the company to resolve issues.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, achievements and challenges.


  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with roofing products and construction terminology is a plus.
